Inleiding

Trust Vastgoed Beheer B.V. (hierna ‘dienstverlener’) is de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke met betrekking tot de verwerking van persoonsgegevens die worden verzameld via het gebruik van onze diensten, websites en sociale mediakanalen (hierna: ‘website’). Dienstverlener respecteert de privacy van alle gebruikers en verwerkt persoonsgegevens conform de toepasselijke privacywetgeving, waaronder de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG).
Deze Privacy Policy beschrijft welke persoonsgegevens wij verzamelen, hoe wij deze verwerken en beveiligen, en welke rechten gebruikers hebben.

Welke gegevens worden verwerkt

Wij verwerken de volgende persoonsgegevens:

• Telefoonnummer(s)

• Geboortedatum en geboorteplaats
• IP-adres (indien verzameld via cookies of trackingmechanismen)
• Klant- of lidmaatschapsnummer
• Inkomen
• Betaalgegevens (uitsluitend voor facturatie)
• Gezinssamenstelling
• Werksituatie (werkstatus)

Bijzondere persoonsgegevens

Wij verwerken – indien noodzakelijk – ook bijzondere persoonsgegevens, zoals:

• Inkomen en kredietwaardigheid (voor huurderscheck)
• Gezondheidsgegevens (indien noodzakelijk voor huurcontracten)
• Andere bijzondere persoonsgegevens uitsluitend met expliciete toestemming

Wij verwerken geen gegevens van personen jonger dan 16 jaar zonder toestemming van ouder of voogd.

Doel van de verwerking

Wij verwerken persoonsgegevens uitsluitend voor de volgende doeleinden:

• Uitvoering van overeenkomsten (bemiddeling bij koop/verkoop en huur/verhuur van woningen)
• Facturatie en administratieve afhandeling
• Afleveren van producten of diensten (bijv. foto’s, contracten)
• Levering van diensten zoals marketing- en leadbeheer via Leadflow en/of Pararius Office
• Klantenservice en communicatie via e-mail of telefoon
• Voldoen aan wettelijke verplichtingen, zoals fiscale regelgeving
• Direct marketing, promotie en nieuwsbrieven (uitsluitend met toestemming of bestaand klantcontact)

Verwerkingsgrond

Wij verwerken persoonsgegevens uitsluitend op basis van:

• Uitvoering van een overeenkomst
• Wettelijke verplichting
• Gerechtvaardigd belang (zoals marketing of fraudepreventie)
• Toestemming van de gebruiker

Verstrekking aan derden

Wij delen persoonsgegevens alleen met derden indien dit noodzakelijk is voor onze dienstverlening of wettelijk verplicht. Dit kan onder meer zijn:

• Softwareleveranciers (Leadflow, Pararius Office)
• IT- en hostingproviders
• Marketing- en analysetools (bijv. Google Analytics)
• Fiscale en juridische adviseurs

Wij delen persoonsgegevens alleen met derden binnen de EER of met partijen buiten de EER die een passend beschermingsniveau bieden.

Beveiligingsmaatregelen

Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen, waaronder:

• Beperkte toegang tot persoonsgegevens voor geautoriseerd personeel
• Encryptie en beveiligde opslag
• Periodieke controles en beveiligingsupdates
  Bij een datalek informeren wij betrokkenen en de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens indien vereist.

Rechten van gebruikers

Gebruikers hebben recht op:

• Inzage, correctie of verwijdering van hun gegevens
• Bezwaar tegen verwerking voor marketingdoeleinden
• Beperking van verwerking
• Gegevensoverdraagbaarheid

Verzoeken kunnen worden ingediend via wonen@trustvastgoedbeheer.nl. Wij kunnen aanvullende informatie vragen ter verificatie van identiteit.

Bewaartermijn

Wij hanteren de volgende bewaartermijnen:

• Klant- en huurdersdossiers: 7 jaar (conform fiscale wetgeving)
• Contactverzoeken: 1 jaar na afhandeling
• Marketinggegevens: Tot het moment van uitschrijving

Na afloop van de bewaartermijn worden gegevens veilig verwijderd of geanonimiseerd.

Onze website gebruikt functionele en analytische cookies (o.a. Google Analytics) om de website te verbeteren.
Gebruikers kunnen hun cookievoorkeuren beheren via de cookiebanner of browserinstellingen.

We do not knowingly process data of persons under the age of 16 without parental or guardian consent.

Purpose of data processing

We process personal data solely for the following purposes:

• Execution of agreements (e.g., mediation for buying, selling, renting, or leasing properties)
• Invoicing and administrative processing
• Delivery of products or services (e.g., photos, contracts)
• Provision of services such as marketing and lead management via Leadflow and/or Pararius Office

• Compliance with legal obligations (e.g., tax regulations)
• Direct marketing, promotions, and newsletters (with prior consent or existing customer relationship)

Legal basis for data processing

We process personal data solely on the basis of:

• Marketing data: until unsubscribed

After expiration, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
